After our little romantic dinner, We continued our tour of the old town. It's very picturesque, a series of chapels and small narrow streets. It's like a little Italy !
We decided to go up to the Castle after hearing good reports. A few steps later… No… many steps later, We arrived at the top !
Worth the effort, because the view is superb. It overlooks Nice and we see the beauty of the Bay of angels. I'm so glad that we did in may, because in my view, in full July or August, Hello the sweat ! There is also a very beautiful waterfall, the waterfall of the Castle, fed by the waters of the Vésubie.
We then walked on the promontory of the Hill public garden. There are the remains of a medieval cathedral, site of archaeological excavations. The best views occur, including a dominant waterfall overlooking the Bay of angels, and another overlooking the port of Nice.
